How long is each session?

1 hour or more.


How many sessions is recommended?

5 days and you may add an additional session if your body requires more.


Would my new mum’s waist reduce within the 5 days of treatments?

It depends on each individual body’s metabolism.


How frequent is the massage?

It is 5 consecutive days.


Can I take a bath after the massage session?

No, because you will need to be on the binder for as long as you can.


Can I latch the baby after massage?

Yes you can wipe off your breast with a warm towel and you are good to go.


I am still bleeding, can I start the treatment?

Yes you can as the massage will help to release more blood clots out.


My vagina stitches is still very pain can I proceed with this treatment?

You may want to wait for a few more days because the binder will cause pressure to the vagina stitches.


I had a normal delivery, when can I start the massage?

1 week plus after normal delivery or after the result of your first baby checkup (in case your baby requires special attention).


When can I start a massage after a cesarean section?

You need to wait for your gynecologist clearance (around 2-4 weeks).


Will this treatment benefit me after 3 month delivery?

The effects will be much lesser.
