TAILORED POSTNATAL MASSAGE
We use traditional herb cream selections and pure therapeutic oils by Young Living which absorbs well to the body. It leaves the skin well moisturised and hydrated without any residues. Every oil selection will be personalised by our therapist to cater for the different needs.
From light touches to deeper techniques, our skilled and specially-trained therapists will concentrate on the areas that need extra attention. Our targeted massages are able to help mummies reducing tension on muscles, which in turn improves blood circulation, restores pre-pregnancy figure, regulates and rejuvenates the uterus back to its original size.
LACTATION MASSAGE
We use our gentle and soft special lactation massage to help mummies to experience Engorgement Free Breastfeeding. It will also unclogs their blocked ducts, loosen clumps or hardened areas, reducing the risk of mastitis, and to help promote oxytocin (love hormone) that triggers the letdown reflex to release milk from mommy's breast. New mothers will have a more pleasant experience with their breastfeeding journey.
BINDING WRAP
The traditional Bengkung (Binding) wraps are well known helping new mothers to reduce swelling and improve their postpartum belly to their original shape. They can also aid with lower back pain and posture and for those who had caesarean-section, binding will also help to alleviate other pain and pressure.
